ABSENT: John Tishler. STAFF: Rich Ogden and Larry Tolson. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: There was no public comment. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES AND FINANCIAL REPORT: The minutes of October 2004 meeting were approved with following correction:  Item #1 – Major City Goals – Goal #4 - Fire Sprinklers in Service Building & Gift Shop.  Item #2 – Brochure Discussion – Quotes: Sample from one vendor was reviewed, not two vendors. The Financial Report for October 2004 was presented and accepted with a correction with the amount in the Martha Schwartz fund being closer to $2,000. ITEM #1: Discussion of ideas for using money sent in under Martha’s name  Build a wall seat under the Avocado trees.  Docents wanted to dedicate something in Martha’s name also. One suggestion was to contribute a new Pittosporum Tobria (standard) to replace the old tree.  Committee would like to get more input from Docents and Docent representative. ITEM #2: Discussion of elevator shaft – leave it in or take it out?  Architecturally it is not part of the original Jack House construction. It has been a part of the house for approximately 40 years.  Batterson stated the elevator shaft is blocking the original bay window. Removal of the elevator shaft would enhance the bay window.  A motion was made to hold the discussion over until the January or February 2005 meeting to get more input from Docents. The motion was passed unanimously.
