Review of the Jack House Gift Agreement - Stockton Stockton received the itemized list of the Loren Nicholson gifts from Toni Kincaid on 2/15/11. Stockton wanted to confirm that the gift agreement was thoroughly completed. In addition Stockton wanted confirmation that the description or photo of each item was taken down to ensure proper record keeping. Kincaid assured Stockton that the forms had been completed and handed over to Christine Wallace to accept. Stockton read from the Gift Agreement stating that the Jack House Committee shall have control over the items and asked committee members to assist in the display of the items in the house. Batterson clarified that the control as stated in the gift agreement allowed the Jack House Committee to delegate the storage and display of the items to the docents. The Jack House Committee agrees that retention, disposal, storage and display of the items will be left to the docents to do with as they see fit. Batterson did suggest that Christine Wallace could edit the agreement form to include a Jack House Committee Chair signature line to be able to accept the items on behalf of the Jack House Committee.
