Burger to investigate charge and report back at next meeting. REGULAR ITEMS 1. Price Change for Seniors - Batterson Burger was approached by a citizen sharing concern that some Seniors can not afford the $5 charge for a tour. Burger shared this information with Batterson. Committee discussed reducing the rate. Committee felt that reducing the rate after it was just changed would be difficult to track; however, if a group approached the Committee requesting a special reduced rate for a group tour, this would be considered. The Committee felt that this should be re-visited in a year if the issue comes up again. MOTION: (Batterson/Johnson) Move that at present there will be no change of fees for Sunday tours; reduced group rate tours for Seniors will be negotiated as requested.
