I'd like to add my opposition to the proposed Grand Avenue project. It is in R -1 zoning - single family homes. This project
does not appear to be intended for single families. With its large scale and mass It looks like student housing.
To me, neighborhood wellness is a primary objective in our wonderful town. Please do what you can to make the
neighborhoods livable to those who are permanent residents.
