I am 94 years old and will not be able to attend the City Council Meeting. However, I have lived in Alta Vista
for 62 years and have seen many changes.
Linda has driven me past the Grand Ave. location where the developer plans to build four houses. I don't
understand when she talks about lot ratios and all of that technical stuff but common sense just tells me that four
two -story houses on that lot on Grand is just too big.
I hope that the Council will stand up for me and my neighbors.
