This is unbelievable. As a San Luis Obispo native, I am shocked to see this. First we lose Steve Gessell- a man of ethics
and integrity. Now this. Please know that I will never support another measure to help the city again or the city council
members who voted this to happen. I am so glad Dan Carpenter also sees how ridiculous this it.
