Mayor Marx,
Alarmingly the Tribune has reported that last year rape reports are way up. From the Tribune, "44 reported cases were
higher than any year in the past decade and three times the national average ".
This is under YOUR leadership with a city manager that you hired, a police chief that you approved, and a Cal Poly
president that you indorse. What are you going to do to turn this around ? ? ? ??
In our town my wife now refuses to use public restrooms unless I am standing right outside of the door, this is shameful.
And by the way, please, please have the police start enforcing the basic laws of the road on the bicyclists in the downtown
area.
