SUBJECT: APPOINTMENTS TO THE MASS TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE
(MTC), PROMOTIONAL COORDINATING COMMITTEE (PCC), AND
TOURISM BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD (TBID)
RECOMMENDATION
In accordance with the recommendations of the Council Subcommittees:
1. Confirm the appointment of Louise Justice to the Mass Transportation Committee (Member-
at-Large representative) to complete an unexpired term through March 31, 2019.
2. Confirm the appointment of Diego-Christopher Lopez to the Mass Transportation Committee
(alternate representative) to complete an unexpired term through March 31, 2018.
3. Confirm the appointment of Patricia Loosey to the Promotional Coordinating Committee to
complete an unexpired term through March 31, 2019.
4. Confirm the appointment of LeBren Young-Harris to the Tourism Business Improvement
District to complete an unexpired term through March 31, 2017.
DISCUSSION
Mass Transportation Committee (Subcommittee Members Rivoire and Carpenter)
Due to the term expiration of Todd Katz, effective March 31, 2015, there was a scheduled
vacancy on the Mass Transportation Committee. Mr. Katz served as the Member-at-Large
representative.
Due to the resignation of Anthony Pinkerton, effective November 19, 2014, there was an
unscheduled vacancy on the Mass Transportation Committee. Mr. Pinkerton served as an
alternate representative and his term would have expired March 31, 2018.
The Council Liaison Subcommittee recommends appointment of Louise Justice (Member-at-
Large representative) effective June 16, 2015, to a term expiring on March 31, 2019 and Diego-
Christopher Lopez (alternate representative), effective June 16, 2015, to a term expiring on
March 31, 2018.
Promotional Coordinating Committee (Subcommittee Members Rivoire and Carpenter)
Due to the term expiration of Brandon Collins, effective March 31, 2015, there was a scheduled
vacancy on the Promotional Coordinating Committee.

The Council Liaison Subcommittee recommends appointment of Patricia Loosley to the Promotional
Coordinating Committee, effective June 16, 2015, to a term expiring on March 31, 2019.
Tourism Business Improvement District (Subcommittee Christianson and Carpenter)
Due to the resignation of Michael Adams, effective March 18, 2015, there was an unscheduled
vacancy on the Tourism Business Improvement District Board. Mr. Adam’s term would have
expired March 31, 2017.
The Council Liaison Subcommittee recommends appointment of LeBren Young-Harris to the
Promotional Coordinating Committee, effective June 16, 2015, to a term expiring on March 31,
2017.
