E City Hall, Monday February 3rd, 1913 7.30 0 °clock P. M. Council met in regular session. Present Councilmen: A. Luchessa, �e.o.'nHansea;,J ©:,SiilseBBayor A. McAlister. Absent Councilman: P.A.H. Arata. Minutes of the preceding meetings read, acid on motion of A. Luchessa seconded by Geo. Hansen. :sere adopted by the following vote. Ayes A. Luchessa, Geo. Hansen, J.C.'Hill Nees: none, Absent: P.A.H. Arata, On motion of J. C. Hill and seconded by A. Luchessa that the Clerk be instructed to notify the Midland Counties Gas & Electric Company that the Council desires that thier statement be in readiness for the meeting of the Council to be held on February 10th, 1913. Motion carried. On motion of Geo. Hansen, seconded by J. C. Hill that the messa#e dispatched to the Honorable A. E Campbell by the Mayor be entered in the Minutes as follows. A. E. Campbell. Senate Chamber, Sacramento, Calif. The City Council by unanimous vote of full board, request that you introduce bill and make effort of your life to secure state appropriation of not less than quarter million.dollars ffor improvement.of Port San Luis Government Engineer has made full examination and state appropriation will aid very -much in obtaining government help. Please introduce bill. Full data will follow. Have wired Green also. A. McAlister. Mayor. Application of R.C. Woods for restaurant liquor license, laid over from. previous meeting for investigation, read. Moved by J. C. Hill, seconded by A. Luchessa that the above license be gran�-dd. Motion carried by the following vote. Ayes: A. Luchessa, Geo. Hansen, J. C. Hill.. Noes: none. Absent: P.A.H. Aratae Buildings Permits were read as follows.
