Reports of marious officer read, and ordered placed on file.
Mr Reed addresses the Council in the behalf of the lire Underwriters making
various suggestions in the way of improving the fire system.

School Baord., in the matter of the restriction of minors from public
places of amusementj asking that the Council to adopt an ordinance,
prohibiting children under the age of fifteen years, to frequent
places of public a= ement.after the hpur on nine o "clock P. Vii..
Thh matter waa referred to the City Attorney, instructing
him to prepare the necessary ordinance as soon ac possible.
