Eesolution No. C9 J lied :,S.eri,es 1 A Ecsolution authorizing and empowering the Southern Pacific Company to lay certain tpurhtrache upon certain streets in the City Of,San..Lwis Obispo, and imposing the tmms and conditions under which said tract shall be laid* wHE.EEAS, on the 18th day of October 1913, an applicatioh was filed be tre.Southern Pacific Company, a railroad corporation, for the privilege, revocable at the pleasure of th this Council, to construct, maintain and.operate certain spur tracks >in the city of San Luis.Obispo,.hereinafter particularly described; NOW, THEREFORE , permission, revocable at the pleasure of this Council, is hereby granted tostid Southern. Pacific Company to construct, maintain and operate those certain spur tracks across High Street and upon Emily street, in the City of San Luis Obispo, the center line, of said tract- s.being particularly describod as follows, to wit: : Commencing at a point in the Notth line of High Street distant thereon 238 feet easterly form the easterly line of Santa Barbara Avenue; thence in a southeasterly dir- ection on a curve to the left having a radius of 724.31. feet d- ;disttince of approximately 70 feet to a point in the- :.outherly line of said Hirsh Street distant theroon 292 feet easterly from the easterly line of Santa Barbara Street: :`r .AfiIbo „ commencing at a point in the northerly line of High Street distant hhereon 227 feet easterly from the easterly line of Santa Barbara Avenue, thence southerly on a curve to the right having a radius of 573.68 feet, a distance of appro_- mately 56 feet to a point in the Southerly line of said High Street distant thereon °59 feet easterly from the easterly line of Santa Barbara, Avenue; thence across private ptoperty to the westerly line of gaily Street between High Street and Haskin. Street; thence southerly and distant 8 feet easterly from the westerly ..line of said Emily Street crossing the north side of Haskin Street at a point distant thereon 333 feet easterly from the easterly line of Santa Barbara bvenue and crossing the southerly line of - Baskin Street at a point 336 feet easterly from the 'easterly line of Santa Barbara Avenue, thence continuing southerly adn distant 8 feet rasterly from fmm the easterly line of Emily Street to she North line of Pletcher Street. Said spur tracks are to remain only at the pleasure: of the Council of said City of San Luis Obispo. Application and transfer of the Wholesale and retail liquor business belong6ng to D. H. Hogan to John Ghigl'±otti also application for linense read. Moved by J. C. Hill seconded by Geo. ila. Gndrews that the same be laiff over the usual time for investigation`. ` Application and transfer df the tholesale and retail business from Mrs jlellie Sauer to C. C.
