To consider, act upon and adopt an ordinance fi:ing and determining
the rates to be collocted by any person, firm or corporation in
the City of San Luis Obispo, for the use of electricity for light
and power and gas for light and power any for all domestic
purposes.

Ordinance 11o. 37 ( Now Series) An ordinance fi:,ing rates
for Gas ans Electricity furnished the Inhabitants of the City
of San Luis Obispo, California, and prescribing the quality
of the service, read.
Yloved by J.C. Hill, seconded by Goo. H. Andrews that the
foregoing ordinance be adopted and passed to print.
Motion carried by the following vote. Ayes: A: Luches` =a,
' J.C. Hill, Goo. H. Andrews, Dick Sm ders.
Application and transfer, of S.J. Hampshire for licenses for

be granted. Motion carried and so ordered.
