Ordinance 11o. 37 ( Now Series) An ordinance fi:,ing rates for Gas ans Electricity furnished the Inhabitants of the City of San Luis Obispo, California, and prescribing the quality of the service, read. Yloved by J.C. Hill, seconded by Goo. H. Andrews that the foregoing ordinance be adopted and passed to print. Motion carried by the following vote. Ayes: A: Luches` =a, ' J.C. Hill, Goo. H. Andrews, Dick Sm ders. Application and transfer, of S.J. Hampshire for licenses for Billiard and Pool ?oom and Ariusement.Par for the sane issued to- k Long„Lusardi, laid over from previous meeting for investigation. Loved b. J.C. Hill, seconded by A.
