The Clerk was ordered to immediately notify the foregoing
Members of their appointment and requesting that they melt
at once and appoint a chairman.
The Bless and Specifications submitted by,Thomae &
Post, for the construction of a 9oncrete Girder Bridges over
Nipoma Street, read and accepted.
Moved by A. Luchessa, seconded by J.C. Hill that the
Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids for the construction
of the Nipoma Street Bridges :in accordance with the plans and
Specifications thereof prepared by Thomas & Post. All bids to'
be in the hands of the,City Clerk by Seven o'clock P.M.,July
6th, 1914.. All proposals to be in form required by Specific-
ations.
Motion carried by the following vote. Ayes:,Al Luchessa,
J.C. Hill. Geo, H. Andrews, Absent, Dick Sanders. Noes: none.
On motion duly seconded Council adjourns.

Council met in regular session. Present: A. Luchessa,
J.C. Hill, Geo. H. Andrews, Dick Sanders. Mayor. T.A. Norton.
Minutes of the preceding meetings read. Moved by J.C.
Hill seconded. by Geo. H. Andrews the minutes, trbee approved as rearl.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Communication of the Goltree water Company asking the
Council to takewsome action in the matter of Renewal of Agraea
ment the same having egpired on April 6th, 1914.
It was ordered that the Commissioner of Public Works
and City Attorney submit agreement to the.Golcdtree Water Company
for thier approval.
Petition of the San Luis Encampment No. 13 I.O.O.F.
asking that the Council contribute for thier annual convehtion

to be held in this City during the first week of the month of
October, 1914e the sum of Four Hundred Dollars.
Mr. J.E..Van Sehaiek and Mr Geo. F. Deiss also addressed the
Council in the above matter.
Mcved by Geo. H. Andrews, seconded by J.C. Hill
that the matter be taken under advisement until the first
regular meeting in July, the same being the 6th, day of the
Month. Motion carried.

Mr. A.E. Blizfeldt appeared before the Council desiring
to sell a map of the City of San Luis Obispo, with all water, gas
and sewer mains s4so , -all blocks showing established street*
The Commissioner of Public Supplies was authorized to purchase
one for the office of the City Clerko
The matter of advertising fort bids ,for theenonefiructimi 'of
a Concrete Steel Girder Bodges, on Nipoma Street, and the following
motion was made by A. Luchessa, seconded by J.C. Hill, that the Clerk
be instructed to advertise for bids . for the construction of the Nipoma
Street Bridges in accordance with the Plans and Specifications thereof
prepared by Thomas & Post. All bids to be In hands of the City Clerk
by 7 o'clock P.M. July 6th, 1914. A11 Bids to be in form required by
