The Bless and Specifications submitted by,Thomae & Post, for the construction of a 9oncrete Girder Bridges over Nipoma Street, read and accepted. Moved by A. Luchessa, seconded by J.C. Hill that the Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids for the construction of the Nipoma Street Bridges :in accordance with the plans and Specifications thereof prepared by Thomas & Post. All bids to' be in the hands of the,City Clerk by Seven o'clock P.M.,July 6th, 1914.. All proposals to be in form required by Specific- ations. Motion carried by the following vote. Communication of the Goltree water Company asking the Council to takewsome action in the matter of Renewal of Agraea ment the same having egpired on April 6th, 1914. It was ordered that the Commissioner of Public Works and City Attorney submit agreement to the.Golcdtree Water Company for thier approval. Petition of the San Luis Encampment No. 13 I.O.O.F. asking that the Council contribute for thier annual convehtion Z to be held in this City during the first week of the month of October, 1914e the sum of Four Hundred Dollars. Mr. J.E..Van Sehaiek and Mr Geo. F. Deiss also addressed the Council in the above matter. Mcved by Geo. H. Andrews, seconded by J.C. Hill that the matter be taken under advisement until the first regular meeting in July, the same being the 6th, day of the Month. Luchessa, seconded by J.C. Hill, that the Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids . for the construction of the Nipoma Street Bridges in accordance with the Plans and Specifications thereof prepared by Thomas & Post.
