Council met in adjourn session. Present: Councilman:
J.C: Hill, Geo, H. Andrews, Dick Sanders, Mayor: A. Luchessa.
Absent: L.F. Sinsheimer.
Application of Archulletta & Lundy for transfer of
liquor license to J. H. Lundy laid over from precious meeting
read and on motion of J.C. Hill, seconded.by Dick Sanders the
same was granted. Notion carried,
�C Ordinance 110. 4g ( 'Geer Series) came up for final
passage. Moved by Geo. H. Andrews, seconded by J.C. Hill
that the foregoing ordinance be finally passed. Motion carried by
the following vote: Ayes: J.C. Hill, Geo, H. Andrews, Dick
Sanders, A. Luchessa. Absent: LF. Sinsheimer.
Resolution No. 39 ( New Series) Resolved : That the City
Attorney be instructed to procedd with criminal prosecution against
the Midland Counties Public Corporation in case said Corporation shall
attempt to enforce the collection of more than eighty per cent of the rate
prescribed for standard gas by Ordinance No..38 ( New Series) for gas
bills incurred during the month. of March, L915.

,1 Resolution No. 40 ( New Series) Resolved that the Council
considers it for the best interests of the City of San Luis Obispo
and the inhabitants thereof that the application of the Santa Maria
Gas & Power Company to the Railroad Commission of the State of
California for a certificate of jublic convenience and necessity
authorizing said Company to extend its service into the City of San
Obispo be granted.
Introduced and passed this 19th day of April, 1915 by

to advertise for sealed bids in accordance with the law for material
and labor to be used in construction of sewers in said City on the s'
following streets, to wit:
On Mill Street form Morro to North Broad Streets;
On Santa Rosa Street from Peach to Fig Streets;
On Toro Street from Peach to Sycamore Streets:
On Sycamore Street from Toro to Santa Rosa Streets;
On Grove Street from Palm to Mill Streets;
