Report of Superintendent of Streets, W.C,Long presented and read. Ordered to be placed on file. Application for permit to build.received from W.T.Rubell, lot 11, block 1, cost $ 200.00. Moved by Commissioner Andrews seconded by Commissioner 5insheimer that permit be granted. Carried. Application of Japanese for liquor keense to lay over for ® further investigation. Mrs Rebecca Repnolds requested ref'and on taxes, she being entitled to War Veteran Exemption. Moved by Commissioner Sanders seconded by Commissioner Sinsheimer that refund on taxes for last. year be granted Mrs Reynolds. Carried. City Attorney gibbons stated that the petition of S,P.R.R. in re cancellation of taxes on Jubenn estate was justifiable. Moved Commstioner Andrews and seconded by Commissoner Sinsheimer that the petition of S.P.R.R.Co, be granted .
