Supt. of Streets 71'.B.Burch stated that the Weed Ordinance was i : n course of.operation at the present time several lots are to be looked up. A'report was '.-made to 'the Mayor that the lamps on Toro street bridge •,-:ere broken and lights °not burning. In future such repofts are to be made to the Police Department and that Department to not ify the street Department. Zhelboy caught breaking lamps to be made an example of against future distruction. 'The Commissioner of Public Health and Safety raas directed to arrange a suita'Jle place to hold Police Court. The Chi6f of Police was not yet able to report onnlodging houses without proper license. r The matter of the Insurance of City property was referred. to the Commissioner of Finance with the assistance of Mr. L.F.Sinsheimer. Mr Regan request- ed to be put on record as being in favor of property owners paying all cost of street work and sewer w.o.rk:. permit Application for sewer connection was filed by the Union Hardware and Plumbing Co.,for the L.Patton residence, it was moved by L.F.Sinsheimer and seconded by Dick Sanders that the permit_.be:;_ necessary.
