Communication from the Railroad Commissioner,-in re hearing on the
application of The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Coe and from the Santa

Obispo-
On motion of L.F. Sinsheimer, seconed by H.A.Gowman the first
ordered
communicat-ion ,,as„ placed on file and the second to remain on the desk of
the City Clerk that it may be taken up from time to time. Motion Carried.
Communication from the State Compensation Fund in re- injury to
ordered placed on file.

chise( see Ordinance 158'.) City Clerk directed to communicate with the

Petition of Chas. Porter for a transfer of his Transfer busi-

H.A.
Gowman arrid second by Dick Sanders the same was_ - granted.
Application of Blaz Bonjak for a license to conduct a billiard

Application of H.B.Snderson for permit to construct 50 ft.full

and Ptsmo streets,part Bf lot°2, block 4. On motion of Dick Sanders

in re grass and weeds on side walks. Supt. ok Streets Burch report-
ed that all weedy lots and streets were looked up and that work would

On motion of L.F. Sinsheimer second H.A.Gowamn the above
bids vrere taken under advisement.
On motion of H.L.Gowman second.- by L..F.Sinsheimer the
City Clerk was directed to communicate with the Board of Under-
writers requesting them to conduct a test of the new Triple dom-
bination Pumping ':ngine,Chemical and Hose Car. Carried,
Discussion in re bill boards. Commissioner of _-ublic
,orks and City Attorney was directed to draft ordinance in re con-
structing bill boards.
Ordinance No. 56 ( New Series) in re- transferring cer-
tain part of City street to County of San Luis Obispo, for certain
purposes, vies read by acting City Attorney Kaetzel. I -loved by H.4.
Gowtan� and second by Dick Sanders that Ordinance Ilo 56 ( New Seri-
es) be passed to print.
