The following aLplication.s for permit to connect with the City Sewer were
presented and ordered granted upon motion of H.H. :irtland seconded by John Chapek.

Frank L. Sign requested that his license for tax=icab be transferred to
James Vega; also, that his license for " Cigars as tide line and " Soft Drinks"
be transferred to L.T. Ally and D. Ram7.
Or. motion. of H.B. -_Kirtland seconded by John Chapek the matter was referred
to the Commissioner of Public health and.Safety.
The applications of Nellie de la Rosa for license for lodging House and that
of ?.L.'yalenzuela for a. Garage which were laid over for investigation were granted
upon motion of H.A. Gowman seconded. by H.B. "irtland.
A Resolution of Intention for the having of Isarsh Street was read .
The City attorney was directed to reconstruct same and present at the newt meeting.
On motion. of L.:`. Sinsheimer seconded by H.B. Kirtland , the City Clerk
wes instructed to draw a warrant on the .rater Fund in favor of the Southern ?acific
Company, in the sum of � 773.50 to cover freight bill for shipment of abater pipe.
"�..Sinsheimer stated that the °ublic F:7orks Department fished to lay water
pipe on Santa Rosa Street, on Llarsh Street and such other places as needed.
On motion of H.B. Kirtland seconded by John Chapek the Commissioner of Public ,!'orks
was eCroowered to lay water pipe as described.
It was mover by H.H. Kirtland and seconded by L.F. ::insheimer that the
following transfer of Funds be made:
From the High School Fund to the Condon School Fund ........... $ 5000.00
From the High School Fund to.the Kindergarten Fund 9500.00
