Buena vista Addition, same to cost 200.00 was granted upon motion of L.F. Sinsheimer
seconded by John Chapek.
On motion of B.'12. L'irtland seconded by 7.L L. Co ^.'.Tian the application or the :ii dland
Counties Public Service Corporation for permit to replace an electric light .pole on
Pacific Street between Cso:= and lorro Street ':vas !ranted.
On motion of H.B. Kirtland seconded by ,john Chapel: the application of Theo. Fulton Jr.
for a _axicab license was referred to ,the Commissioner of ubliC Health and Sarety.
The application of the Leggitt l.dvertising'Co., for permission to remove bill board
from* TAr. Bassi's oroperty to block 24 , .vhich had been referrdd for investigation, Tas
ordrred granted upon motion of H.A. Goivmsn seconded by F.B. K "irtland.
The petition of ?Maud A Clifford for redemption of Tax Sales was again_ referred.

Q r Attorney Albert Nelson was prevent and entered into a general discussion of the
matter with the Council.
It pas moved by H. A. Gorman and seconded by I:. B. Kirtland that t'ie petition_

Commissioner Gov..-man brought up the matter of the Fire 1,- .rates being hold up by
a Southern llacific train tyhile proceeding to a fire in the Terrace Till district. On
motion of ?P. Kir.tiand seconded by John_ Crsrek the matter vas -left to the Commissioner
' of Public Health and S,fety.
On motion of a. B. Kirtland seconded by E. A. Goy:man the Comnissloner of Public
G`orks ryas empowered. to have the signs repainted on the reservoir.
On motion of A. Gowman seconded by John Chaper the meeting adjourned.
