On motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by H.B. Kirtland the report of the
City Clerk for the month of February was received and ordered filed .
The bond of R.W. Putnam as Police Judge of the City of San Iris Obispo was
accepted on motion of H..L. Gowman seconded by H.B. Kirtland.
The petition of Peter Netto for a transfer of his interest in the Retail
Liquor license issued in the firm name of Hampton & Netto , to Ed. Hampton, which was
referred,at the last meeting , was ordered, granted upon motion of H.A. Gowman seconded
by H.B. Kirtland.
The application of.Mitchell & Rockwell for a Restaurant and Restaurant Liquor
license ,which was referred at the last meeting, was again laid over for the present.
The application of Peter Netto for license for Restaurant , referred at the
last meeting , was granted on motion of H.A.. Gowman seconded by H.B. Kirtland.
The application of Gin Forn Hing for permission to conduct a laundry was
again laid over for one week, that certain investigations could be made.
In re the application of Archie Foster for permit to erect a barbed wire
fence in Block 4 Norton Addition, Commissioner Gowman asked.for more time to investigate.
The applications for the regular quarterly licenses were referred. to.
Commissioner Gowman on motion of H.B. virtland seconded by John Chapek.
Relative to work necessary to be done prior to the paving of Marsh Street,
it was moved by H.A. Gowman and seconded by H.B. Kirtland that the City Engineer be
instructed to furnish the Council with a statement of amount of work necessary to be
done and an estimate of the cost of same.
On motion of H.B..kirtland seconded by H.A. Gowman the meeting adjourned.to
Idonday 1a6h. 25th at 7 :30 P.L?.

The application of Delia Hiveley for Sewer connection on Essex street
between Pacific and Pismo street was granted on motion of H.B. 'Kirtland seconded by
H.A. Gowman.
On motion of H.B. Kirtland seconded by L.F. Sinsheimer the application of
Paul S. Roberts for license for Taxicab was referred to._Commiseioner Gowman.
