The Bond of J. Underwood .,. with L.C:r,.Sharp.as,Surety,. in the sum of $ 200.00
was filed as a guarantee of his.being.a permanent merchant.in_ the. Yity.o.f San Luis Obispog
It was moved by H.A. Gowman and seconded by H.B. Kirtland that..the. bond be approved
subject to the approval of the Surety by.the City Attorney.
The application of Garrett Hansen for license for Taxicab was granted on-
motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by H.B. Kirtland.
The matter of the Hearing of the application of Joseph Wilson and Garrett Hansen
for permit to operate an Auto Stage line between the City of San Luis Obispo and b...•�
Arroyo Grande and intermediate points was taken up. It was moved by
H.A. Gowman and seconded by H.B. Kirtland that the petition be granted subject to the
approval of the City Attorney.
On motion of H.A. Gowman seconder by H.B.-Kirtland the labor bills were ordered
paid.
A Resolution of Intention•to Grade and Pave Marsh Street , also a Resolution
adopting specifications for said paving were submitted. Matter discussed and left over
to Monday , January 27th.
On motion of H.B. Kirtland seconded by H.A. Gowman the meeting adjourned to
Monday , January 27th 1919 at 7;30 P.M.
