Kilbern , James Piper , L.F. Sinsheimer. Absent : W.B. Martin. The minutes of July 17th,24th,27th and 31st were read and approved as read on motion of James Piper seconded by H.A. Gowman. The following applications for permit to build were granted on motion of H.A. Gaaman seconded by James 'Piper: J.A. Gowman seconded by James Piper the report of the Police Judge for the month of July was received and ordered filed , as was also the report of the City Collector for the month of July.
