City Council met in regular session - Mayor L.F. Sinsheimer.presiding.
Present : H.A.Gowman., Geo. W. Kilbern , James Piper , L.F. Sinsheimer.
Absent : W.B. Martin.
The minutes of July 17th,24th,27th and 31st were read and approved as read on
motion of James Piper seconded by H.A. Gowman.
The following applications for permit to build were granted on motion of
