Present W.B.Martin, Geo,W,Kilbern, Chas,Forbes L.F. Sinsheimer, Absent C.M.Carpenter. The-special called meeting was for the purpose of canvassing the votes cast at the General Municipal Election and consolidated Bond Election, held in said City on the 6th day of April 1925 -.and for the purpose of considerong and acting upon such other and .further matters as may properly come before the said meeting:: The City Clerk presented the returns of the General Municipal Election and Consolidated Bond Election held on-the 6th day of April and the Council.proceeded to canvass the same and found the following to be the result of the vote cast at such election Avila Morro Consolidated. 1.& 2 3 & 4 5 & 6 .7 & 10 8 & 9 -Corral de P.:-Los Osos Orcutt C•horro Precincts 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Total 'Candidates Mayor. John, having received the highest number of votes cast for City Clerk at the General Municipal Election held on April 6th 1925, be declared elected City Clerk for the full term of two years as prescribed by law that John Chapek and H.E.Co$ being the two persons receiving the highest vote for Councilman at the General Municipal Election held on April 6th 1925 were , and each of them was declared elected Councilman for the full term of four years as prescribed by law; that C.L.Smith . and F.H.Throop having received the highest number of votes cast for School Director at the General Municipal Election held on April 6th 1925, were, and each of them was declared elected School Director for the full term of four years as prescribed by law. 9P-) Councilman.
