Present : J.B.Berkemeyer, John Chapek, H.E.Co_:, L.J.Defosset, L.F.Sinsheimer. Absent : Bone. The ,minutes of ".'arch 21st and 28th were read and approved as read on motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by H.E.Cox. On motion of H.-E.Cox seconded by L.J.yefosset the following applications for permit to build were granted G.;:I.P.Anholm - Hesidence and-Garage Lot 10 Block 16 nholm Addition Cost 3,700.00 S.L.O.Twilight Ball League- Grand Stand Block 111 l,lission Vineyard Tract Cost 250.00 The applications of the Valley Electric Company, and of R.. Douglas Fatton for permit to hang lleon..Signs at l:ission Fountain Cafe at 699 Higuera street, and at 1050 Monterey Street, respectively, in accordance with specifications on file, mere referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for report to the Couiicil. The reports of the City Collector and the police Judge for the month of 1.1arch were received and ordered filed on motion of John Chapek seconded by L.J.Defosset. "Communication from San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureau ordered received and filed. Communication from Walter B. =oselip in re " Red =ock Gravel " ordered received and filed, and called to the attention of the Commissioner of Public 'r;orks and the City Engineer. Claims against the City for the month ofl:larch 1932 were ordered paid subject'•.�to the approval of the heads of the respective departments, on motion of John Chapek seconded by L.J.Defosset. Petition received from Veterans' Flelfare Hoard of the State of California requesting that the second installment of tax levied agaainst Lot 4 Block 6 Central addition for the year L931 -1932 be cancelled. The petition -oas granted on motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by Application of Chester Fulton fosi1icense for Taxicab at 1005 1,lonterey Street, granted on motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by J.B. {Berkemeyer. Petition of J.H.Defosoet for extension of !'later Line along Osos Road continued. On motion of L.J.Defosset seconded byJ.B. Berkemeyer the meeting adjourned to Llonday, April 11th 1932, at 7 :30 P.H.
