Sanders - Addition to Garage Block 37 Cost 25.00 Ilbert Nelson - Repair Residence Block 79 Cost 100.00 The application of Poster & Kleiser Company for per:,iit to install two signs on Martha Spengler property in Block 13, -onterey Street frontage, referred to the Coamissioner of ublic Health and Safety for report. On motion duly seconded and carried the Llerchandise Bond of Ray C. Hogue, with S.3.Hogue as Surety, was referred to the Comcaissioner of Finance for report. The report of the City Clerk for the month of august 193, received and ordered placed on file on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by L.J.Defosset, Application and Bond of Fred J. Kriner together with license fee for registration as Class " B " Contractor received, and on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by L.J.Defosset the Bond was approved and certificate of registration ordered issued. Communication of Retail Grocers Association received and ordered placed on file. In response to the request of the Council Bread dealers were present. They repor 1 that the price of Bread had been reduced from 141 to 12¢. In re citation of Jack DeLisle to appear before fte Council and show cause why license for doing business at 1032 Chorro Street should not be denied: Jack DQLiale did not personally appear, neither was he represented by Council. Discussion. . Resolution No. 382 ( New Series ) A Resolution revoking the Beverage " On Sale" license, # 663 , dated July 15th 1933, heretofore issued to Jack De Lisle, was introduced, passed and adopted on motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer by the following vote: Ayes : J.B.Berkemeyer, L.J.Defosset, P..P.Howell, Joseph Leary, L.F.Sinsheimer. Noes : None. bsent : None.
