The petition of E. Firpo for permit to ramp sidewalk at 201 Higuera Street, between
French Street and South Street, for a distance of ten feet for driveway, was referred to the
Commissioner of Public:Works for report, on motion of R.P.Howell seconded by Joseph Leary.
Application of Dr Allen F: Gillihan, Health Officer, petitioned the Council for
permit to hang a sign at 1009 I:Iorr.o Street, the new location of the Health .Department.
Petition referred to the Commissioner of Public Health.and Safety for report.
