Application of A.W.Frederiksen for registration as Class " E It Contractor together
with Bond of American Surety Company of New York, in the amount of $ 500.00 and registratio
fee of $ 15.00 received, and on motion of R.P.Howell seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer, the Surety
was accepted, bond approved, and registration granted.
The reports of the City Clerk and the City Treasurer for the month of October
received and ordered placed on file.
Re Electrical Ordinance. Matter presented for further condiseration, discussed
at length and laid over to'the next meeting of the Council.
Application of IN.H.Donaldson for permit to lay 91 ft of 5 ft park sidewalk and
curbing on west side of Lawton Street at Woodbridge Street granted on motion of
T.B.Berkemeyer seconded by R.P.Howell with the proviso that work be done to the official
grade and under the supervision of the City Engineer.
