Brazil, the City Clerk was instructed to notify the County Tax Collector that the city protested to the sale of the iempin property as this appears delinquent on the city rolls as of 1937 -1938 and has not been deeded to the city. Notification received from the State Board of Equalization relative to transfer of "Off Sale Beer and ?'line" license from Sam Tognazzini dba '11hite House Grocery" to Cora Tognazzini was ordered received and filed on motion of h. P. Howell, seconded by W. H. Brazil. The claim filed by Isaac Lester dated February 18, 1942 egainst the City of San Luis Obispo ( Administration Fund ) in the amount of $610.95 for injury received as a result of a fall on a defective sidewalk was denied on motion of Joseph Leary, seconded by 1:!1. Stolte Co. offering torestore ?lternate No. on Sewer Disposal Plant was ordered received and filed. Letter received from Harry N. Jenks under date of February 20, 1942 approving of the proposed change in the design of the plant was ordered received and filed and the following resolution was adopted. Resolition No. 653 (New Series) - E. Resolution accepting the offer of F. C. atolte Company to restore certain alternates and to make certain changes in connection with enlargements and improvements to the Sewage Disposal Plant of the City of San Luis Obispo -was passed and adopted upon the following roll call vote: Ayes: ur.H.Brazil, R.P.
