Leary it was ordered renewals be granted when properly approved by the Health Department.1

The Merchandising Bond of Russell LeRoy Briscoe dba B & B Cash Larket, in
the amount of f200 with the U.S.Fidelity and Guaranty Co. as surety, was received and
on motion of Ralph C. Kennedy, seconded by Clyde T. O'Nan the surety was accepted, bond
approved and license ordered issued.
The transfer of license from Chas._Massena, ( Hotel Park) at 1815 Osos St.
to Homer D. Luring was granted on motion of Joseph Leary, seconded by Ralph C. Kennedy.

After discussion by the Council, same was held over, also, final Passage of Ordinance
No. 254.
The application of Herman Rosenkranz for Lodging House License at 1300
Pacific -3treet was denied for failure to meet the requirements of the estate Housing Act,
on motion of Ralph C. Kennedy, seconded by Clyde T. O'Nan.

of age - from the hours of 10 P. P:I. to daylight of the next morning, upon the following
