Kennedy, seconded by Joseph Leary it was ordered renewals be granted when properly approved by the Health Department.1 The foliowin ; a;;plicati ons for city licenses were granted on motion of Joseph Leary, seconded by Ralph C. The Merchandising Bond of Russell LeRoy Briscoe dba B & B Cash Larket, in the amount of f200 with the U.S.Fidelity and Guaranty Co. as surety, was received and on motion of Ralph C. Kennedy, seconded by Clyde T. O'Nan the surety was accepted, bond approved and license ordered issued. The transfer of license from Chas._Massena, ( Hotel Park) at 1815 Osos St. to Homer D. Luring was granted on motion of Joseph Leary, seconded by Ralph C. Kennedy. Petiti::n relative to Curfew Ordinance filed by the Emerson P.T.A.:- After discussion by the Council, same was held over, also, final Passage of Ordinance No. 254. The application of Herman Rosenkranz for Lodging House License at 1300 Pacific -3treet was denied for failure to meet the requirements of the estate Housing Act, on motion of Ralph C. T.A Hawthorne School " Mission Mothers' Club Fremont School P.T.A. and on Lotion of Clyde T. O'I•Tan, seconded by Fred C. Kimball, it was ordered the Council go on record favoring- a curfew ordinance if and when the County of San Luis Obispo passes an Ordinance and such Ordinance would be effective for minors under the age of 17 years of age - from the hours of 10 P. P:I. to daylight of the next morning, upon the following roll call vote: The communication received from the San Luis Obispo City Schools under date of Larch 29th, asking permission to establish a fifty and seventy -five foot range on the High School grounds for the use of the California High School Cadet Corps. was referred to Commissioner of Public He alth and Safety for investigation and report on motion of R.
