Ho,,-jell, Ralph C Kennedy Absent: F.L. Gist, Clyde T. O'Nan The minutes of November 19th and Nov. 27th, 1945 were read and approved as read. Communication from League of California Cities - Re: Statewide Conference on water problems ft it Stone and Youngberg Re,: Garbage Disposal Bonds City Collector's Report for the month of November 1945 Poundmaster's report for the month of November 1945 Claims against the City for the month of November 1945 were ordered paid subject to the approval of the heads of the respective departments and the Mayor, City Engineer Kenneth Beck submitted for theColimcil's consideration a set of Standard Specifications for Portland Cement Concrete Sidewalk and Combination Curb -and Gutter for the City of San Luis Obispo. The specifications and details were studied by the Council and on motion of R. P. Howell, seconded by G. ?'!.Bale r, the City ' Attorney was instructed to bring Resolution covering the adoption of same. The following ratters were held over: Building permit for Ida S. Gray and dith Naslund Adoption of Standard Plumbing Code The following a,pj,,licLtions and petitions ;sere granted on motion of G. ':J.Baker, seconded by R.
