HomeMy WebLinkAbout10/31/1949n 1 1 1 There. is an e ver increasing menace to health and a general nuisance is being caused in that area by overflowing of septic tanks and cesspools.. The area has experienced considerable growth during the past several years with the erection of many hew homes, which have had to rely on septic -tank's and cesspools for the disposal of sewage. This, together with the fact that the soil in this area is of an impervious nature and.will not absorb to a satis- factory and safe degree the effluent from septic tanks, has created a very bad situation. I, therefore, recommend that you take special assessment or other appropriate proceedings, as you shall determine, for providing sanitary facilities in said district. Very sincerely, H.O.
