Davis, Fred Lucksinger, Timothy I. O'Reilly Absent: D. N. Carpenter, Frank V. Woods The minutes of tge meeting 6f Sent. 2, 1952 were approved. First 9rder of Business This being the ti Tie set as per advertised Notice for Receiving Bids on the Johnson Street Imp. Project No. 18, the following bids were publicly opened and read: 1 - R. McGray Santa "aria, Calif. - in the amount of $24,668.60 2 - Vallev Paving Co. Pismo Beach in the amount of 24,890.25 3 - Henry Dalessi, San Luis Obispo in the amount of 27,572.45 4 - Madonna Construction Co. Sr. L. O.in the Amount of 32,034.00 After review an6 study by the Council it was moved by Paul W. Davis, seconded by Fred Lucksinger the bid be awarded to R. McGray inthe amount of $24,668.60 subject to the appro al of the State of California and that 6he bid bondsand certified checks be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and the following Resolution be adopted: Resolution No. 1145 (New Series)_ - A Resolution accepting Bid for Johnson St. Imp.
