Bulletin from - League of California Cities announcing the annual appointments by the new League president, was received and filed. 32. Annual report of the Board of Administration of the State Employees' ' Retirement System, was received and filed. 33. Report of the Department of Natural Resources, State Park Commission "Program for California Beaches and Parks,® was received and filed. 1 34. Mayor Waters. appointed a Council Committee consisting of Councilmen Shipsey and - Miller to meet with representatives of the,Division of Highways relative to negotiations for the State acquiring a small-,piece of the sewer farm property to be used for a 101 off -ramp at Prado Road, and acquisition by the City of land for enlargement of the sewer farm. 35. RESOLUTION NO. 728 (1961 Series), "A Resolution Increasing the 1960 -61 Budget" by increasing Account No. 217.3, Electrical Materials and Supplies, was passed and adopted on motion of Gerald W. Shipsey, seconded by J. Barry Smith, on the following roll call vote: AYES: Kenneth W. Jones, Donald Q. Miller, Gerald W. Shipsey, J. Barry Smith, Fred M. Waters. NOES: None ABSENT: None 36. Administrative Officer Miller requested that the City Council adjourn this meeting to a private session for discussion of a personnel matter. At 12:05 P. M. the City Council Adjourned the meeting of January 16, 1961 to Wednesday, February 1, 1961 at 5:00 P. M. on motion of Donald Q. Miller, seconded by Gerald W. Shipsey.
