D. F. Romero, Citv Engineer, explained the pla_nnin. �roC, o_ the City to date,
particiilarly the studies and reports prepareci under the General Plan of the City
and then presented the orc ram which has been proposed for the City under the
701 proEram of the :ederal Government. He emphasized primarily the factors to
be studied under the industrial chase of the pro-ram.

City in autihorizinp; the City's consultant to proceed with the industrial survey
portion of the 701 :;rant in order to Fret this information as soon as possible

The Eroup then discussed the Eeneral and overall progra::i of economic development
of the City of pan Luis Obispo.
