James Saffran of Stone and Youngberg explained to the Council the various pro-visions of the proposed resolution . After discussion of the Council, Lr. Saffran stated that a new draft of the proposed resolution containing all cltan�-es will be received from C'Melveny :,c ! °Iyers . 5. J. q. Fitnoatrick, City Clerk, reported to the City Council that to date the Pacific Gas Electric Como-any does not have a business license to do business in the City. He stated that notices have b•en sent to Pacific Gas " Electric.
