Motion carried. Councilman Blake.'voting no. On motion of Councilman Spring, seconded by Councilman Graham, that a parade per- - mit be issued for La Vesta for May 23, 1970 with M guera Street to be closed: from 6:00 P.M. to 12:00 Noon. Motion carried, On motion of Councilman Spring, seconded by Councilman Blake, that the Fiesta Association be authorized to use the City owned property at Laguna Lake for a gymkhana and horse riding event. Item 20Ae (E-50) Street widening,on•the east side of Johnson Avenue.from Lizzie Street to San Luis Drive* Item 21. (E -14) Sewer-line enlargement - South Street west of Higuera. .
