After some discussion, the Council made a preliminary determination to set the task force size at 13 members, one of which will be the Planning Commission's appointee, Eric Meyer. The Council also determined that each Council member will announce their recommendations for twelve task force members at the March 13th meeting. Staff will tally those recommendations in "real time" at the hearing. It is suggested that the Council Members be prepared to provide their nominations in alphabetical order by last name so the tally can go expeditiously. Those applicants who receive at least three nominations will be considered for appointment to the task force. The process will be repeated with Council until the task force size is achieved. Staff has kept the applicants apprised of progress and Council actions regarding the task force selection process. Four applicants have requested clarifications be made to their information: 1. Carlyn Christianson has asked that the location of her residence be clarified since the GIS map provided shows the "star" approximately 5 blocks from her house. A corrected map is attached. The labels for applicants 10 and 21 were switched and 32 didn't have a label. A corrected map is provided as Attachment 2. 2. Mila Vujovich - Labarre has requested the table be updated with the correct spelling of her name. The table provided in the staff report includes a typographic error. Attachment 1 has been corrected to address the typographical error and to correct the information referenced for the applicant below. 3. John Schutz has requested that his information be clarified to indicate he is a past member of the ECOSLO Board instead of the Grand Jury. 4. Kelli Schoner's application was missing the last page of the resume. The corrected application and resume is attached.
