I will forward your email and the City Council will receive it but it is not what the law calls a "valid" protest. We
mailed the protest form to every property owner and anyone who has a water or sewer billing account with the
City. To be "valid" you need to use that form. Did you or someone in your household or business receive the
form? If so, you can mail it or personally deliver it to the City Clerk at 990 Palm St., SLO 93401 or bring it to the
public hearing on June 16, 2015 at 6 p.m.
If a protest form wasn't received, please let me know.
I've copied the City Clerk on this email so your concern will be noted by the City Council.
