SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF THE FINAL MAP FOR TRACT 2342, 392 PRADO (TR 63 -05)
RECOMMENDATION
Continue approval of the Final Map for Tract 2342 to a date uncertain, at the request of the applicant.
DISCUSSION
Background
On April 13, 2012, the City received a request from the applicant to remove the item from the
agenda. Staff is working closely with the applicant on a number of issues associated with the
project, including reimbursement for costs associated with the construction of a portion of Prado
Road. The Final Map will return to the City Council for approval once additional discussions occur
regarding reimbursement and other related issues.
CONCURRENCES
The Community Development Department concurs with the recommended action.
