I own an RV and pay to have it in storage all year long. When I am going on a trip, I
need to park it in front of my house for several days for loading and unloading. My lot is
so small that it doesn't fit easily in my drive. I pay OVER $500 per month in property
taxes. I do NOT want to request permission to park on the street as all of my neighbors
do (including the houseful of students who have NO off street parking at all). I also do
not want to pay for the right to park in the street. If this happens, I will be moving my
RV into my driveway year round and parking my car on the street with everyone else. At
least that will save me $500 year in storage costs although my neighbors will NOT
appreciate it.
Second
My trash collection is on Monday and I am assuming that I can put cans out on Friday
whenever I leave town. If not, I think you need to rethink that option as well as the fine
schedule.
