I am sending my support for the 89 acres of this tract to be declared open space. We live in the neighborhood and know
the hillsides well. They are steep and lend themselves to natural erosion. We have witnessed fires and flooding and are
aware first hand of the damaging results of both. Leaving this as open space is a great way to leave the area open for
the entire city to enjoy and for the residents nearby to not be concerned with more potential problems.
