Dear Mayor Marx and Council Members,
The San Luis Obispo Property and Business Owners' Association ( SLOPBOA) has taken a position
OPPOSING placing the renewal of Measure Y on the November 2012 ballot. We have many concerns about
how this money has been spent.
SLOPBOA did not take a position on Measure Y in 2006. Until we see true fiscal structural changes at city hall
to curb excessive spending beyond revenues, we cannot support its reauthorization.
