SUBJECT: Revisions to November 1, 201 , Council Meeting Minutes
Mayor Marx has asked to include the statement below on page C1 -5, before the
"ACTION ".
Mayor Marx spoke about her concerns regarding the lack of a completed tree protection and
mitigation plan, as well as the compatibility of the extremely modern design of the project with
the Downtown Historic District.
If Council concurs with these revisions, the motion should so indicate.
