The Mayor needs to sign the easements to accept them on behalf of the City. 1. Offer to Dedicate Public Utility Easement (signature needs to be attested by City Clerk) 2. Grant of No Build Easement and Agreement (signature needs to be notarized) Once signed and attested /notarized, please return the documents to me for further processing.
