REGULAR MEETING
CANCELLATION NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the regularly scheduled Jack House Committee meeting of
January 14, 2015, has been cancelled due to a lack of a quorum.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on February 11, 2015. Regular notification
will be posted and the agenda for the meeting will be made available at the Parks & Recreation
Department Office, 1341 Nipomo St. and on the City's website at www.slociiy.org.
AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
I, Shelly Stanwyck, declare as follows:
That the above referenced meeting was canceled as indicated; and
That a copy of this Notice of Cancellation was posted at a conspicuous place near the door
of the room at which the above - referenced meeting was to be held within 24 hours of said
cancellation.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
