AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION l OF ORDINANCE No. 2
(New Series) OF THE CITY OF SA14 LUIS OBISPO ENTITLED,
"AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE CHIEF
OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO".
Be it ordained by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, as fo l lows :
SECTION I .. Section I of Ordinance No. 2 (New Series) of
the City of San Luis Obispo, California, ent,tl.ed, "An Ordinance
Fixing the Salaries of the Chief Officials of the City of San
Luis Obispo ", is hereby amended to read as follows : -
Section 1. There shall be allowed and paid to the several
chief osfiaials of the City of San Luis Obispo, salaries as
follows, to -wit : -
The City Treasptrer shall reeeive a salary of 35.00 per
r
month as full compensation for .all services required of him by
law or by virtue of his office.
The City Attorney shall receive a salary of 75.00 per
month as full compensation for all services required of him by
law or by virtue of his office.
The City Collector shall receive a salary of $ 110.00
per month as full compensation for all services required of him
by law or by virtue of his office.
The Chief of Police shall receive a salary of $ 225.00
per month as full compensation for all services required of him
by law or by virtue of his office.
The Fire Chief shall receive a salary of $ 38.50 per
month as full compensation for all services required of him by
law or by virtue of his office.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
eonfliet herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3• The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
this ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, for two days
before its final pssage,'in the Morning Tribune, a daily newspaper
printed, published and circulated in the said City of San Luis
Obispo.
