MR&IS, pursutnt to the terius of a lease on the Dalidio property, the
city has been given' notice to remove its property on or before February 29,

WMR.EA-13, the City Council has determined that such property is surplus
to the city needs and should be sold; and
MMEREAS, the city has received two bids for said property and desires to
sell. same to the hightes.1- bidder;
MAP. TIMM-FORE, be it ordained by the Cowncil Of the City of San Luis
Obispo:
.1 SECTION 1. That the booster pump and deep well pump located or. the
Dalidio property shall be and is hereby sold to the Paulson's wreck.ing and
