A special municipal election is hereby called and the proposition of incurrinG a debt and bonding said City in the airounts ma6 for the purposes hereinafter set forth- is submitted and t,t said election will be submitted to the qualified electors of said City. SECTIOTT 2. The objects and purposes for vrhich said indebtedness is proposed to be incurred, and the estimated cost of the. proposed acquisitions and improvements, are as follows, to vlit; (1) The. acquisition �.nd construction of di6ester mechanism, other l.echunical equipment, distributing i.,ains and other additions to the sewage disposal plant and Cit,;, Farm of da.id City, 411 to be used in providing said Cite with an efficient seviage disposal plant. The estimated cost of s -aid improvements being Z,'18,000.00. (2) The widening, erection and construction of a bridge and a culvert in said City at the following locations: -- The -,,iaening of the present bridge on Essex Street near Pisrao Street over San Luis Obis,,o Creek.
