B' IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo, as follows; Section l.. Ordinance 1do. 76 (New aeries), of the City of San Luis Obispo, California, entitled, "An Ordinance Licensing and Regulating the Doing of Certain Acts and the Carrying On of Certain Trades, Callings, Business, Professions and Occupations dithin the Corporate Limits of the City of jan Luis Obispo, California, and Prescribing Penalties For the. 1iolation Thereof ", is hereby aiiended by adding thereto a new section to be numbered Section 3' and to read as follows: Section 32. To every license remaining unpaid at the close of the loth day after which said license is due, or a renewal thereof, is due, whether monthly, quarterly or annually, there shell be added a penalty of fj , y per cent of the amount of such License. Such penalty shall be collected and payment thereof enforced in the same manner as other license fees are collected and payment enforced. Miere a penalty has accrued, no license shall be issued except upon payment of the full license fee and penalty. Section 4.. Tnis Ordinance together with the ayes,and,-noes, shall be published for two days in the "Daily Telegrai;:", a daily newspaper printed,. published ana circulated in the City of 3an Luis Obispo. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo, as follows: Section 1. Ordinance No. 76 (New Series) of the City of San Luis Obispo, California, entitled, "An Ordinance Licensing and Aegulating the Doing of Certain Acts and the Carrying On of Certain Trades, Callings, Business, Professions and Occupations Within the Corporate Limits of the City of San Luis Obispo, California, and Prescribing Penalties for the . Violation Thereof ", is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to be numbered Section 32 and to read as follows: Section 32. To every license remaining unpaid at the close of the 10th day after which said license is due, or a renewal thereof, is due, whether monthly, quarterly or annually, there shall be added a penalty of fifty per cent of the amount of such license. Such penalty shall be collected and payment thereof enforced in the same menner as other license fees are collected and payment enforced. Where a penalty has accrued, no license shall be issued except upon payment of the full license fee and penalty. Section 2. This Ordinance together with the ayes and noes shall be published for two days in the "Daily Telegram ", a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of San Luis Obispo.
