and personal property within the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of -.,.3an Luis Obispo. State of California# a tax for the fiscal
year of said City -begining on the lot day of July, 193lg and now

sa-d property, for the purposes herein specified and apportioned
among the funds in the City Treasury as follows;

on each one hundred dollars in value of said property;

of said property, to be used in paying the accruing interest and

(c) for the "Mater Bond Tax and Redetptiun Account* there

of said property, to be used in paying the accruing interest and
principal to be paid of a certain municipal indebtedness of said
City evidenced by its bonds issued and dated the let day of
December, 1899;
(d) For the Tmprovenent Bond Fund if 1009 there is levied

before its final passage, ih the Daily Telegraz,, a daily newspaper
printed, published and circulated in said City of 3an 'Luis Obispo,
and the anze shall take effect from and after its final passage*

RENT FISCAL YEAR (1931 - 1932) UPON ALL
TAXA :ALE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY Or, SAN
LUIS OB TSvO , AND FIXING THE RATE OF SUCH
TAX.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo,
as follows:
Section 1. There is hereby levied upon all taxable real
and personal property within the City of San Luis Obispo,. County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, a tax for the fiscal
year of said City begining on the lst day of July, 1931, and now
current, of 1.60 on each one hundred dolla.; °s in value of
sa_d property, for the purposes herein specified and apportioned
among the funds in the City Treasury as follows:
(a) For the General Fund there is levied a tax of 4' .85
on each one hundred dollars in value of said property;
1b) For the Sewer Improvement Bond Fund of 1899, there is
levied a tax of $.- .022 on each one hundred dollars in value
of said property, to be used in paying the accruing interest and
maturing bonds of said issue ;_
(c) For the "Water Bond Tax and Redemption account" there
is levied a tax of p .04£3 on each one hundred dollars in value
of said property, to be used in paying the accruing interest and
principal to be paid. of a certain municipal indebtedness of said
City evidenced by its bonds issued and dated the 1st day of
Decembe -r, 1899 ;.
(d) For the Improvement Bond Fund of 1909 there is levied
a tax of $ .14 on each one hundred dollars in value of said
property, to be used in paying the accruing interest and the. maturing
bonds of the issue made and dated July 1, 1909;
(e) For the Sewer Extension Bond Fund of 1917 there is

(h) For the Improvement Bond Fund of 1925 there is l-evied

property to be used in paying the accruing interest and maturing
bonds of said issue evidenced by the bonds of said City dated

(i) For the Sewer Extension Bond Fund of 1927, there is

said property to be used in paying the accruing interest and matur-
ing bonds of said issued evidenced by the bonds of said City, dated

(j) For the 1"iller and Lux Laguna Property Bond Fund of
1927 there is levied a tax of 0035 on each one hundred dollars
in value of said. property to be used in paying the accruing interest
and maturing bonds of said issued evidenced by the bonds of said
City, dated October lst, 1927;
(k) For the Sewer Extension Bjnd Fund of 1929 there is
levied a tax of .035 on each one hundred dollars in value of
said property, to be used in paying the accruing interest and

(1) For the Bridge and Culvert Bond Fund of 1929 there is

with this ordinance are hereby rep.ealed..
Section 3. 1'he City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
this ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, for ttio•. days
before its final passage, in the Daily Telegrani, a daily newspaper
printed, published and circulated in said City of San Luis Obispo,
and the sarie shall take effect from and after its final passage.
